Examples of Property Improvements
Buildings, fencing, dog runs, shops, barn, change house color, additions, landscaping, decks, swimming pools, and sheds/storage structures.
To Submit an ARC Property Improvement Request
1. Read and check our Architectural Standards.
2. Download the Application above or log into TRI Property Management.https://triplacestolive.com (Click on HOA Portal and login)
Click on Request
Fill out online or print and email it to:
kellyo@tripmnoco.com
3. When you submit your plans, they will be received by our Ashton Estates ARC committee and TRI Property Management.
4. The committee will respond to you within 14 working days.
5. If you do not hear from the ARC after 30 days, your project is automatically approved.
6. Your plan will be approved, or you will be contacted to provide more details, or denied due to our Architectural Standards.

I understand that I must receive written approval from the Association prior to proceeding with the requested improvement. I understand that Association approval does not constitute approval of the local building and code department and that I may be required to obtain a building permit. I agree to complete the improvements promptly after receiving approval. I agree that I am responsible for any and all damage to the homeowner association’s assets that occur during the approved work. I agree to abide by the Covenants of the homeowner’s association. I have read this instruction sheet and will comply. I acknowledge that I have been given the Architectural Standards and if the requested plan does not specify a particular item then the Architectural Standards are controlling.
